Something changed
I now have to log in every time that I want to use the app. Before it would keep me logged in. It causes issues with having multiple people using the scale. Each time now I need to log in and select the correct profile before using the scale. Something changed in the past month.My mama said
Terrible app functionality
The app connected to bluetooth with no problem when I first opened the scale & connected it to the device. Now it’s saying “Disconnected.” I followed the FAQs in the app & my phone says it’s connected in the bluetooth settings but in the Runstar app it says disconnected. I don’t want the scale anymore if it’s not going to function with the app as advertised.Show lessTrackstarchic

Won’t Connect to Bluetooth
When I first got this almost a month ago. It worked great. Tried using it today and now the app won’t measure everything and keeps popping up a message saying that it needs to be on where to stand for 10 seconds. Did all of that and nothing. Tried to reconnect the Bluetooth with the app and it won’t connect to it saying no devices found. Annoying. Please fix.Show lessAmanda in Iowa
