## What is 15minutes?

15minutes gives you 15 minutes on your feed apps, then locks them for an hour, then gives you 15 minutes again. This repeats all day.

Pick the apps you want limited. They share the budget of 15 minutes. When the budget runs out, all of them lock for one hour. After the hour the budget refills and the cycle starts over.

There is no daily total that runs out on you and nothing gets deleted. The hour in between is the part that changes the habit. Most blockers use a cooldown of a few minutes. An hour is long enough that you put the phone down and start doing something else.

Closing 15minutes or restarting your phone does not lift a block.

FACTS ON THE BLOCK SCREEN
Opening a locked app shows a piece of trivia. Many facts from science, history, language and common misconceptions, all checked. A button loads the next one.

EARNED MINUTES
Every full hour you stay off the limited apps adds 5 minutes to your budget, up to double your budget.

END A PAUSE EARLY
Press and hold for 20 seconds to unlock. It takes 20 seconds by design and it is always available.

START A PAUSE EARLY
One button spends the rest of your budget and begins the hour immediately.

STATS
Day streak, pauses taken today, minutes used, and a seven-day history strip.

FREE TIER
Seven days of full access, no card and no signup. After that the core stays free permanently: the 15/60 cycle, the block screen, the unlock button and the off switch. None of it is ever taken away.

A favourable premium subscription adds the earned-minutes feature, more facts and topics, custom budget and pause lengths, as well as additional timing feature. The main blocking feature itself is never paywalled.

NO ACCOUNT
No signup, no login, no profile. Usage history and streaks stay on the device. Only billing connects to a server.

Clean and simple to use. Pick your apps once, then it runs on its own.
For people who want to stop doomscrolling.
