No rides available
Every time I go to the app and click on where I want to go. It will load for a second and then show up as no rides available. Then I did it on the transit website and still showed the same issues.
Bug
Unable to enter date of birth even tho it’s required to register. So .. useless until updated.
Can’t Get Past the Profile Setup
The app requires you to complete a profile with your name, email, phone number, and date of birth. However, the date of birth field cannot be selected to change it. I have tried quitting the app and trying again. Every other field can be edited except for the date of birth. It seems that you can’t use any of the app before setting up the profile too.

Works well
Overall experience has been very good.
Love capital transit and their service. The app has opened up a whole new way to utilize their services.
Some issues with the app that definitely need attention being:
Why are the listings for mobility devices titled “filter” I wouldn’t have found them had I not been bored and exploring the app
Once a mobility device has been selected, why do I have to re-select it every time I book a ride?
The date, time and pickup locations could be a lot more user friendly to change.
