Whenever I try to ask for a ride it says that the time that I have selected is not available. They don’t give an option to choose a time. I tried at different times of the day and still got the message.
Bus fill is bad
At 5:40 p.m I try to get transport to hunt tower so I can catch bus 490 to NWACC it kept saying that it was in high demand. I needed to be there at 6:20 yet for 30 min it kept telling me that the seats were full. This happens more often than I expected. Every time I get on the transit, it’s either jus me or me and someone else on there are no more people on the bus.

As a disabled individual having public transportation is critical. Love the ORT staff and am very thankful for this app that allows me to get around easier.
Note: at times it will kick you out if all the busses are full. I wish there was a queue, as resubmitting the request is a little annoying.
