Easy to setup and App seems to easy to work- hopefully I never have to use it but should I will be glad to have it. The “scan” on the back is big enough most people would know to use it.sissysox

Super Easy!!
I’ve been looking for a tag that didn’t break the bank for awhile. Both of my kids are microchipped but won’t necessarily take the time to get a pup scanned at a vet.
By having this we code on the tag, they can scan and bring up all of the information.

Does not stand behind their product
We had it less than a week when it broke off my dog’s collar and got lost. Bark Badge refused to replace it and now they’ve canceled my account completely. I’m just thankful that I didn’t rely on this piece of garbage.mtc55
Poor GPS performance
I tried the tag with my dog and the GPS scan location showed up over 250 miles away from where I scanned the tag. The location services on my phone were working perfectly, but the scan location showed up across the state. Tried working with customer service but they said the tag was working fine and then completely ignored repeated requests to return the tag even though I was still inside their return window. Good concept, poor execution, atrocious customer service. Try a competitor’s product if you want a tag like this.Show lessR2R52525
Peace Of Mind
Having a bark badge on my dog’s collar has given me such a peace of mind. Knowing if he gets out that someone can easily reach out to me and get him home is a weight off my shoulders. Great product & great app. Customer service is excellent & FAST!Eva13760
Nice app and tool for your pet and peace of mind
Pretty easy to use with a nice design but could use a couple of app improvements that keep me from rating it 5 stars. First is breed selection-a massive list but does not include miniatures of the breeds so you have to directly enter. Secondly, when entering dates such as vaccination record or birth dates, the scroll buttons are too close together to get reliable up/down movement. Super easy to use! Love that I am able to put more information than the normal name tag with a phone number! Able to put vets information, health concerns! Any medications pets may be on! Also able to add more than just my phone number but grandma and grandpas too! Microchip information everything you would want to add can be added. Love that when my pets is is scanned I am alerted!
