I’m trying out this app for doing my pelvic floor exercises as was having accident quite regularly so got to try something & so far it’s making a little bit of difference so will keep trying it out

This is a brilliant app! It makes doing kegels so easy and I feel they are helping my body to get back to shape post hysterectomy. Totally recommended.

If it is not set by default, you can change it in the application settings. Part of the app is really free, Kegel exercises are available before you purchase a subscription.
