Could change the way you look at real estate in NYC
As a realtor, I appreciate having the most up to date listings handy. The database is refreshed every 5 minutes. The logic of the app interface, clarity of the listings and ability to make the experience tailored to your particular needs make this a winner. You can set your commute or other location interest so when you view a listing you immediately get time to destination. The photo feature is very cool - take a photo in front of a building and instantly receive what listings are available inside. Lastly, the way it allows for collaboration with an agent is very smooth and user friendly. Highly recommend.
