It just keeps asking me to pay and I can’t see my results so it’s not that good all it wants you to do is pay money so they make lots of money they don’t care about you it’s just for the money😔

I think that it is a very good app and helps me keep up with my day to day emotions and helps me express myself it really helps me get my thoughts out
It has. Definitely help me find my place and where I am in order of happiness to depression

It’s helped so much even though I’ve just set it up
I have just set this up on my phone but it has helped me so much with my emotions I do have a sister that’s Basically hurts me a lot and hurts my feelings and try not to fight back but it’s really hard so this is really helpful

The app is good it’s self but it’s not right that you have to pay to track your own mental health not everyone can afford to pay that much for something that might benefit your own mental I don’t see why they need to charge you when it’s it’s not benefiting there mentle health it’s just like there in it for the profit
