Click 2 Go is so helpful. It was easy & so nice to have I’m busy days. Everyone is always so nice & helpful. I will always use services on base as much as I can. It is important that we support & use all available resources on base.
Clip and save coupons don’t work
The app is convenient, and fairly easy to navigate. The commissary offers great deals especially with the clip and save coupons. However they don’t actually work anymore. It allows you to select them but when you check out it reverts to the original price and the support team doesn’t seem to know why.

Horribly slow and glitchy
From the start the app is horribly slow and glitchy. It makes me think an unpaid intern who “thinks they know how to create an app” made the app. Coupons do not load due to “email and phone number not entered” yet they are. Loading of the flyer is very slow and takes you back to the front page. Unless you are looking for anything specific to search it’s a headache. When you click on any item forcing you to scroll 6 pages every time. If you want 3 bananas do not click 3 bananas, they will give you 3 bunches. (The wording is not for bunched bananas)

Bad Update
First for all those user who are getting password problems for the past about 3 months update the app. It fixes that.
Second I liked the old version. The new update now when you scan a UPC it always comes up no data found. Before everything was loaded. Now in order to find a product I have to type in the name of what I am looking for and if I am not very specific it comes up with a huge list of all the products. Hard to search through. I want to go into the store scan the UPC and then click add to list like I used to be able to do before this most recent update. Fix the issue!!!!!!!!

Logging in
I have trouble logging in. After I have entered my input data it says that it’s invalid due to wrong email or password. After changing passwords two or three times I get locked out for too many attempts. And it doesn’t save my passwords in the passwords file. It takes hours for me to make an order.

Faulty app
Coupons will not clip no matter how many times I switch between my personal and professional email to update. If it logs you out no matter how many times you change the password it will tell you the login info is incorrect. I like that I can order for pick up and save my spouse the aggravation of grabbing. The correct items. Other then that this app needs a lot of work.

Huge time saver!
Such a convenient app. Work on my grocery list from home all week and place my order Thursday night scheduling for Friday afternoon pick-up. Recently implemented the ability to pay online with Military Star Card which made it even more convenient. Haven’t had to go grocery shopping in months. Never had any issues with out of stock items or poor service. Love it!

I just want a GOOD list
I have been using the app to price comparing products and it works well. If one goes into the "More" section of the app there is the opportunity to create a list. However, it requires you to check out at the bottom. What I think would be VERY helpful is to be able to create your shopping list for IN STORE shoping that one is able to "check off" the items as the item is put into the cart (buggy where I grew up) and the aisle where the product is located when added to the list. I think this app has a lot of potential. Its just not there yet. I really just want to be able to create my shopping list in the app.

Pretty good
The app is very convenient however the digital coupons are hit or miss. Even when you select the coupon and put the item in your cart, sometimes when you check out the price has changed and will not accept the coupon. This has happened several times especially with pampers but on other items as well and no one seems to have an answer.

Need to be able to store payment info
It would be nice to be able to use my military star card without having to go inside to pay. Other than that it’s really a great app.
