Great service but some tech issues

I love having the option of online ordering for the commissary, but the customer interface could use some work. Thereโ€™s no way to save your payment option so you have to enter it every time. That wouldnโ€™t be such a big deal, but when using the checkout function, the system often freezes, loads very slowly, or just wonโ€™t work. I usually switch between the desktop version and the app to see which one is working today. It takes a long time and often discourages me from using grocery pick up at all. The people who bring my groceries out are absolutely wonderful though.

Constant login issues

Edit: I went back to see other peopleโ€™s comments and Iโ€™m having all the same issues that people have been reporting for months and nobody ever even replied to any of those reviews! Super annoying!

Keeps logging me out, when I try to log back in thereโ€™s often errors. My account information keeps changing on itโ€™s own, my address randomly disappears, my email gets changed back to the my old one. Never can clip coupons because it says I need to update my account with valid phone number and address. Yesterday it was all there, today my address is missing and my email is changed. There isnโ€™t any option to report a bug in the app. Itโ€™s so frustrating! Fix it!

Doesnโ€™t Store Credit Card Information

Two issues:
1) it doesnโ€™t store your credit card information so you must enter all of the information every time.
2) search feature offers nonsensical โ€œdid you meanโ€ suggestions that arenโ€™t relevant nor necessary.

Great Shopping App

I have been using Click2Go for about a year. This app enhances the shopping experience and makes it so easy. When just waiting for your car to be ready for pickup at the car wash or oil change shop you can shop right from your phone. I love it!

Great! BUTโ€ฆ

Iโ€™m so glad they finally made this app. Itโ€™s SO much better than the desktop version that triggered my TBI brain. BUT, there are a couple of housekeeping issues with this whole system. Itโ€™s not the app, itโ€™s the way the whole thing works.

1) Substitutions: each sub should be reviewable via text or email BEFORE the order is finalized.

2) Every order should be left open UNTIL the customer comes to pick it up curbside. I was just charged for a sub I donโ€™t want, and now I have to go into the store and return it myself. With the store being 30 minutes from my house, this defeats the whole purpose of using this program.

I hope this information gets to the powers that be and change the way it works. Otherwise, Iโ€™m SO glad the base finally got with the program and started doing this!

freezing

app been freezing a lot

Is it buggy or just me?

I have been struggling with both the app and website since it launched. Wonโ€™t let me log in, makes me reset my password, and then still says itโ€™s invalid. Also tries to reset my home commissary to somewhere across the world, and when I change it back, it empties my cart.

Coupons wonโ€™t clip

I tried two different emails and re entering my information more then more and the coupons still say I cannot clip them

App has issues

The app won't link my rewards card. Countinues to say service unavailable.
