Simple to use
Not much to say, it does what it says it does!
Easy Install
I love my smart light. These are so easy to install. I wasted money on other brands that work when they wanted to work, headache.
Permanent Outdoor Light
App is okay, but it would be nice to have some useful themes like other permanent light app have, such as, NHL hockey team colors, Canada Day colors, 4th of July colors, sports team themes, both US and Canada, I see there is lot themes, but not practical. I made some of y themes, which is a good option.
Biggest negative is that it’s a one phone, or 1 tablet app, what happens if my phone broke, or it was lost?? In my opinion if I st up the spoon my iPad or my wife’s phone, it should have the same features that I made in my custom themes.
Come Surplife, make the app useable on multiple devices, other permanent light companies have multiple device use. App is not easy to maneuver some features don’t work, but I’m told by light supplier, that’s the way it is.

What?
I tried connecting the light bulb to the Surplife app, but it wanted me to type in my home network password. Why? I’ve never had an app ask for this before and will not do that. Is there another way to use the lightbulb or do I need to return it?
It was ok…
When I first got the app, everything worked perfectly! That was until a couple days later when it stopped working. It would be disconnected 99% of the time. I did just get new internet. However, it was always connected to the new router, so it couldn’t have been that. It said that my phone needed to be closer to the router, so I did that and nothing changed. I don’t really know.

Lights
It works fine but will not let me program lights on/ lights off.
App doesn’t work
App doesn’t work most of the time. Always says offline. Very frustrating
Very good app
This app is very easy to use. I love how many different settings that it has. My only downside is that sometimes it has connection issues which means I have to run diagnostics, which sometimes takes a little bit but overall it’s only a small issue for a very useful product.
Widgets
Lights don’t stay connected all the time I usually have to just reset the app for it to connect. I think widgets would be a perfect addition
Works like a charm
Not much to add. Bought this bulb several linths ago and recently got a new one for another room. I set it to red every night to help with making me feel sleepy. The fact that I can set a timee to turn off automatically is just fantastic.
