  • App does not connect

    App will not connect to my brand new Powerfly 4. I’ve rebooted phone, bike computer, deleted, and reinstalled app, turned wifi on and off, plus Bluetooth. I wish developers would put out a finished product so we don’t have to do the R and D…

    Hi Kkeltikk. This bike model isn't supported by the Trek Central App. Please install the Bosch Flow App to pair the bike to your phone.   • Can’t register

    When I log in, the app asks to confirm my email but it dosent send anything I’ve checked spam and everything

    Thank you for the feedback. Riders can request a new email by logging in to the Trek Central App and then selecting the "resend verification email" option on screen. If you continue to have account issues, please reach out to Ridersupport@trekbikes.com with Attn: Richard and the account e-mail you are attempting to register and we can work to resolve the issue.
  • What happened to Trek

    For a number of years I was very satisfied with Trek. Lately the service is not what it used to be. This app is a disgrace. I bought a “Trek custom built” Domane+ from the dealer. The app stated that my serial number could not be found. I reported the error to Trek via email. I was eventually told that there was a bug in the system and their custom build serial numbers were not being recorded in their database. This was months ago. I asked for a status without receiving a response. When I turn on the app now it states that I have been “locked out”. Do they care?

Please uninstall and reinstall the app to resolve this issue. If you are still experiencing an issue connecting to your Trek Bike, we would love to help out. Please e-mail us at Ridersupport@trekbikes.com - Attn: Richard and provide the following info: Bike Model, Color, Size, Serial number listed on frame, Shop where bike was purchased. Once we have that info, we can take a closer look and work to resolve this issue.
  • My bike won’t connect

    I had just bought a rail trek e-bike, I love the bike so far but as the app flies I got the trek central app to connect my bike to and it’s not connecting, but the bike is on and near the phone which makes no sense if it can connect but it’s not.

    Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are actively working to resolve connectivity issues.   • Pairing failed (still)

    Ponto go is found by the app but failed to connect 3 times. Restarted bike and app, verified Bluetooth on and allowed, WiFi on, failed to connect 2 more times. App support link takes you to devs webpage but should link directly to a support ticket page instead?

    Update Oct 13 responding to developer. I have the latest iPhone app and my bike was already on the latest firmware (was at Trek yesterday who confirmed). Pairing still failed this morning. Developer, do you have a contact email so we can take this off the App Store?

    Hello! We're sorry that Ponto Go! is unable to connect to Trek Central at this time. Because this bike uses a different drive system, it required additional development to be compatible with the app. The Ponto Go! will be compatible with the app with the next Trek Central release. Update: Ponto Go! may now connect to the Trek Central App. Please update your bike to firmware v1.32 with your local retailer and the app to v2.3+ and you should be able to connect. Happy riding!
  • Wasting my time

    Ponto Go will not connect and I’ve wasted almost an entire day of my life messing with this and taking my bike back to the store to get it “updated” but still nothing!!!

Once we have that info, we can take a look and work to resolve this issue.

Because this bike uses a different drive system, it required additional development to be compatible with the app. The Ponto Go! will be compatible with the app with the next Trek Central release.   • Won’t connect to bike

    Waste of time. Bluetooth on bike is not discoverable in app or outside of app. Not much to this…skip and just go ride your bike.

    UPDATE - Trek updated app, now it will find the bike but will not pair. Just keeps saying pairing failed and going back into the previous screen for me to select my bike again and have it fail again. I just want an app that I can track my miles on…time to find an alternative to this I guess.

  • Strava sync failing

    I’m used to Bosch eBike Connect due to the TREK Rail coming with a Bosch CX Gen 4 motor. Aside a conversion issue on calories burned, it’s terrific.

    With the 🚵 TREK Fuel EX-e, I’m forced to use the new TREK app and while it offers some motor tuning, overall the app is ‘meh’.

    Strava sync requires manual intervention 9 times out of 10, and now I’m simply getting a “Warning! Failed to upload to Strava”. Well, is that a warning or error?? I love to understand what my vs the bike power output is but hate this OEM Apps that are new, bike specific, clumsy UI and then don’t work. 😡

  • Won’t pair with brand new bike

    Not only will it not pair, it gets caught in a loop and is non-recoverable without deleting and reinstalling the app.

    So far has been the worst part of the bike buying experience
