  • App doesn’t pair with my bike

    I just bought my Trek Domane+ AL5 today. Bluetooth is on, I have internet, and my phone is inches from my bike. How do I resolve this issue?

  • Keeps disconnecting

    Finally got map to download. First 2 rides everything worked well. 3 ride problem started with app constantly connecting and disconnecting. One time it disconnected I had to go through the initial connection procedure. Not sure whats going on, jus not stable now.

  • Won’t connect to bike

    Waste of time. Bluetooth on bike is not discoverable in app or outside of app. Not much to this…skip and just go ride your bike.

    Hello! We're sorry that Ponto Go! is unable to connect to Trek Central at this time. Because this bike uses a different drive system, it required additional development to be compatible with the app. The Ponto Go! will be compatible with the app with the next Trek Central release.
  • New bike, will not pair. A shameful app.

    Can't get it to connect to my brand new Trek. App won’t move past pairing screen. I've tried everything: reset, uninstall, reinstall, etc. Seriously disappointed. Reading reviews tells me it’s been an issue for months with no resolution.

    Update: Contact Rider support. They said that Ponto GO! bike is not supported by the trek app and they don’t have a date for when it will be. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Hi Dana, we're sorry that Ponto Go! is unable to connect to Trek Central at this time. Because this bike uses a different drive system, it required additional development to be compatible with the app. Update: Ponto Go! may now connect to the Trek Central App. Please update your bike to firmware v1.32 with your local retailer and the app to v2.3+ and you should be able to connect. Happy riding!
  • Cannot pair Quark tirewiz and airwiz

    Settings>mybike does not have the option to pair these sensors, as the FAQ states.

  • Sudden Battery Drain

    Battery drops from 4% to 0% in an instant

    Thank you for your feedback Mutro. Are you seeing the battery drop from 4% to 0% on the app only or on the bike HMI as well? The bike eSystem is programmed to conserve battery power at low levels so that it can continue to power integrated electronics (ie., Connected Lights, eShifting, etc.). This ensures that the rider can still ride the bike without power and power necessary accessories onboard
  • Inaccurate Altitude Tracking

    As compared to actual ride monitored on my Garmin devices and validated by others (4060’), Trek app shows significantly different (3481’) total feet climbed.

    Thank you for your feedback Mutro. If you are riding in an area with low service, GPS might not detect location movement which could be causing the inaccuracy. We will look into any improvements that could help.
  • Useless

    App launches maybe 1 in 10 times. Not worth the trouble. Have uninstalled and installed 4 times. Serious bug!

  • Can’t log in.

    Trying to create an account.
    Just keeps coming up with “account pending registration error: 206001
    Any help?

  • Trek central app

    Just adding this app to keep track of miles etc on my Electra Townie Go. This App has a hard time connecting via Bluetooth to my bike. I will soon delete this app. Wish there was a better app.
