    Hello! This error code means that you already have an account registered with www.TrekBikes.com! Please use your existing account to log into the Trek Central app and you'll be all set!
  • Does not work

    It does not work with my Fuel EXe! Will not connect! Everything upto date. Trek aware of the issue! Dealer aware of the issue! No solution to date. You knew about it Trek !! You sold me a very very expensive bike that does not work with my phone ( or any phone) and claimed it did-shame on you! I think no stars would be the right revue!!

    Please visit your local Trek retailer to have them run a firmware check on your bike as this may be leading to connectivity issues if your bike is not running the latest firmware.
  • Won’t even connect

    Wow so much promise but no delivery. I picked up my bike today with much excitement, the store guy recommended I get the app and have a play around with settings. So here I am at home hoping to tweak things a little, but can’t connect, despite the trek control app being able to see my bike.
    Every time - connection failure. I have tried restarting the bike. Deleting an re-downloaded the app, even praying to the e-bike gods …….. nothing.
    Fortunately the TQ e-bike app works, though with only the basic motor tuning features and display customisation.

  • Not well tested.

    I get an error when trying to connect my bike as previous reviewers have. I’ve checked with the Trek store and my bike is up to date as is my phone and the app. Here’s a thought developer - how about making the error message reflect the issue rather than a generic catch all error?!
    As there’s no support contact for the app and the developers previous response is just lazy.
    Very poor from Trek, I expected better.

    Hello! This is an error that can be solved by ensuring your bike (and app) both are updated to the latest firmware versions. To have your bike updated, please visit your local Trek retailer and they'll be able to get this taken care of so that your app and bike can communicate going forward!

  • Good but Slow

    App is good for adjustments of the bikes settings. Unfortunately it lags very badly while you try to use it. If you touch an icon is takes more than 5 seconds to respond…..

  • Constantly crashing; awful act-pw signup

    Trek needs to fix this asap. Embarrassing how buggy the app is and how poorly designed the account signup process is; both from a security perspective and UI/UX. Good design means don’t force bad passwords. Do make it easy to use password managers and allow pasting. Also, don’t allow the app to crash every time you change a simple setting (high/mid/eco). Wouldn’t have believed it was so terrible if hadn’t seen it myself.

  • Love it, but.

    I think that the whole interface/motor combination is stunning, but it would be really useful to add a gpx file to the navigation facility.

  • Functional - Just

    Does the basics but there are delays moving between screens which slow you down. Also doesn’t connect with Heart Rate trackers or even Apple’s built in workout sensors yet. Looking forward to revisions.
  • Buggy

    Will be useful once reliable information is provided. The motor tuning portion works flawlessly so far. The elevation and mapping is off and buggy. Overall nicely put together it just needs some fine tuning and the maps need more options so I don’t need to use trail forks or mtb project at the same time. It shows a lot of promise if TQ continues to refine it.
