Can’t log in on new phone, can’t do family bookings. Useless

Unless I’m missing something obvious, this is very much designed for individual bookings and not for families. I want to book myself and my two kids in for a pool session. This doesn’t seem to be possible via the app. The only option is to call them and I’m on hold as I write this review (20 minutes and counting).

I downloaded this app to check updated pool times & free lanes for distance training. I can’t find this on the app. The screen keeps freezing. All in all a terrible app. I’d give it zero stars if an option.

Doesn’t work on iPad or phone, unable to book classes, what is going on and when will it be sorted?

The App appears to work once then goes back to a square tile that does not work at all on iPad. Old App was great and actually worked! Can’t book or cancel classes now without going on web site which takes ages and is not easy to use.

Issue’s 
1. Doesn’t work on my iPad - 1610 that’s shoddy and unacceptable!
2. Can’t find times for general swimming in either pool, just seems to focus on classes.
3. No longer able to add classes to your calendar.
4.Having to scroll across to see booked classes, rather than seeing a total list isn’t brilliant.
5. Not enough of a colour variation between booked and available classes when scrolling all classes.

Completely unable to us this on my iPad as it won’t display properly. Doesn’t let me sign in on my phone either.

When my wife and I want to use this app, we both have to book for ourselves. One of us can’t do this for both of us. So not a new criticism but a long standing one and of course, worse for larger families. 
Dear Developers, is there a plan to address this please?
It’s very frustrating. ☹️

It’s also a bit strange to have to buy a product before booking an activity. Why can’t these two activities be just one? Unnecessarily complex, I feel.

Shame the up disallow you to add yourself on the waiting list when classes show as full. Also would be great if the app allowed notifications when a space within a class becomes available.
