Great Customer Service!
I had an issue with a free bet not showing up on my account. I did the chat feature and there was basically no wait and Dominic helped me. I explained the issue and he promptly took care of it and even said he would email me when it was taken care of if I didn’t want to stay on the chat. Very pleased with BetFred so far!

Great New App and Customer Service
BetFred flipped the script and put out a wonderful fully functional app. The app is very user friendly and offers great line value. Also they app offers easy access to customer service via email, text, etc. I used the text and it was absolutely fabulous. Very fast response time and resolution!
Great app and platform
So far the app is user friendly and easy to navigate through! Betting is super easy and definitely competitive wager markets! Only wish my picks were as easy at winning as it is at placing the bet! Definitely 5 star!
Easy navigation
The app is easy to navigate. It doesn’t bombard you with 10,000 ads or rolling promotions that are either expired or are not accessible. It’s much easier to place futures bets on all sports on this app than others.
