You cannot play this game long term without $$$

This game gets more and more expensive and harder and harder to do anything the longer you play. More P2W features are added the further along you get into the game. It feels like they are literally trying to make long term cheap 2 play players quit. They hook you in at the start with easy upgrades and easy to regain your resources to put on new champions. Later on they add many other upgrades which require $$ to be able to transfer onto other champions. And that only scratches the spending surface. It’s a good game but be prepared to spend spend spend.

Avoid This Game!

This game is only for people with money to spend. And I mean money to spend. Not a few pounds (or dollars) but more like a thousand. It starts out as fun admittedly and then you realise you can never compete with the whales (the big money spenders) and you will never get better if you are only F2P (free to play). Turnover of players in this game is VERY HIGH because of this. So many dead servers devoid of active players. So to avoid personal pain, just avoid this game. The developers are mostly deaf to those they do not gain any financial benefits from. Even if, if you think about it, F2P players are the ones who have made this game popular. So find another game to play. I heard Guildwars2 is amazing.

Pay to win…

So mad about the recent updates, The game developpers don’t care about people who play without spending money. You can’t win without investing money. I will delete the game after one year of playing every day.

GOATs glory hole

GOAT GAMES is becoming increasingly ignorant of it’s player base. Constantly turning this game into a paywall and making it extremely difficult for players of all statures to become successful and competitive.
The devs don’t listen.. customer service doesn’t listen.
What has the ability to be something great is surely being killed by those who think they know better than the players themselves.. those that spend countless hours and in some cases money to escape from reality.

Impassable bug report

I just started and while going through the first tutorial missions I’m asked to click somewhere to collect levies to aid our development.

After bending forced to tap in the bottom right to go to the map screen I’m shown a box that reads:

Collecting these levies regularly will provide us with food and tributes vital to our survival.

However, there’s nowhere to tap on the screen. I can see where I should be tapping to collect resources, but everything on the screen is greyed out other than the text box, which also can’t be tapped.

I’ve closed and reloaded the app many times, and even tried tapping the collect button before the message screen comes up, but it didn’t work.

It look like there’s no way to progress past this.

Hopefully it’s fixed and and I’ll be able to continue playing.
