Far too complicated to use and why didn’t you email us to explain the changes and how to use the new system? The money spent on introducing this app would have been better spent on deperately needed new equipment in the gym

Registering - how many times does a person have to enter their email address?!!
The drop downs don’t hold in place and flicker on and off
Swapping between places is very confusing
When you use pay as you go it’s a mad set up - no Apple Pay etc or anyway to register a card so you have to enter EVERY DAMN TIME!! Then it directs me to an anti fraud thing with the bank to verify on my banking app.
Did a student with no supervision create this?????
