As I stated before to you im sorry that you experienced this issue and would be more than happy to help resolve this. You said you had this issue on the first release and I’ve had numerous updates since you’ve had this issue. You we’re unable to provide me any information to indicate that this was an issue with my app. You said you were iOS developer so you understand the implications of having a one star review. I would appreciate if you could change it or delete the review.
