Not so free reading!
It is truly a daylight robbery. I can pay for a book in bookstore for $50 to $100, but not these stories, you read a few chapters and they want you to pay more money, who has that kind of money for something you will never own. I will read a few chapters that are free and will not pay a penny for the rest of the story. Please be reasonable and not be so greedy.
I’m willing to pay for the book, but I am not willing to pay hundreds of dollars on a story. I refuse.
Stories are interesting, but not for that kind of money. And they are deceitful, when they say free reading. Don’t be fooled, it’s not free.Show lessnhu. dee

Money Grab
Don’t fall for this app! I am usually a fast reader, finishing a book within a week or two. I began reading 1 book from this app. Typically books cost between $10 and $20 for a romance novel. I purchased $20 in “coins” to read this book. That did not cover it….in total I have spent and additional $30 ($50 in total) for this book and I am still not finished! I daily watch an ad for 40 free check in coins, I watch an ad for a free gift (sometimes up to 13 free coins), and I then watch 5 ads for an additional 10 coins. Chapters cost between 10 and 15 coins, with the chapters being 2 to 3 pages long. I began reading the same book Jan. 1, 2024 and as of today (April 25, 2024) I am still not finished! I cannot bring myself to purchase any more “coins” on a drawn out book, however I am also a sucker who cannot leave a book unfinished.
The ads you watch are between 30 and 60 seconds each. I watch a total of 7 ads daily to read this book.
I will finish this book then delete the app.

Faulty but still probably the best Chinese reader

Enjoyable
I love most of the novels in this app. They are enjoyable to read. I like the option to read with the adds. I know you earn money by wanting people to pay for coins, but when we have the option to earn coins for free, and they are not added or are being taken away, that’s irritating. We should be allowed to keep what we earn. If you want to stop at 1000 and we not earn past that thats fair but holding off at 530 is wrong.Show lessnicmac090711
Missing Rewards for Watching Ads
After checking in over the past two days and after watching some of the video ads was allowed, I am not receiving my coins-10 coins for each-maximum 50. This means I am missing the opportunity to obtain 15 ads/week which lessens my reading ability.

Some writers are just great story tellers that can take base, and rewrite that th olds your interest. That’s all good but to deliberately drag out a story to make more money maybe a genius on their part but it bleeds the readers dry. I’ve already spent over $145 and only gone 286 pages and this particular book has over 1000 plus pages. By the time I’m done, if I continue , will cost me over a $1000 for one book. How is this fair. How is this a good thing. This is what spoils it all for me. It’s just plain robbery. I gave it 4 stars to be fair on the story. This interpretation is not bad. But who wants to continually reads how many time she goes to the bathroom, she brushes her hair, she lifts her foot and walk straight into his arms. So many minute details that is unnecessary and is also repetitive is only geared to rob me. I will not be finishing this book” He changed for her”. I simply cannot afford it. Tapon “services”
To be frank, this ain’t a good app to read books. When something goes wrong like watching free ads for free coins but you’ve watched the ad, you think okay do again but it happens continuously. You seek help but they tell you to log out on log but in. When this persists they tell you to update coz these bugs have been rectified but this persists. Then they tell you to clear cache. But they don’t offer this service within the app? I have done all these things and in the end all I got good bye!! But its still happening. What’s the point of help? What’s the point of going thru all this for it to happen again. What I suggest is save your money and time. I haven’t had this problem or issues with any other app stories.Show lessEASTINBUCKs
