Works well
For the most part it’s a great little app. It is a bit glitchy at times.
Professional, helpful banking institution
Whether in person, over the phone or through online banking, the staff at 802 Credit Union make this organization a welcoming place to bank. I appreciate all you do.
Keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing and locking me out at the worst times when I’ve never changed my password…
Great bank!
They are a really great help with all my financial needs!
New look, zero upgrades
I’m assuming that this bank has outsourced the app development to some sort of company that makes generic apps for banks, so I wonder if/when there will be any updates or if anyone will even look at these reviews and see that people aren’t happy with the app. In the off chance that a developer does read these reviews:
-The app looks more modern in the most basic sense, but icons and logos are blurry and the animations are choppy which makes it look cheap
-The features of this app are exactly the same as the members advantage app, only look different. I would like to see more tangible ways to manage your money such as a way to designate money in your savings for different things and ways to automate transfers
-Regarding the switch over, you changed my username and didn’t notify me about the change. Not cool. Took me over an hour to finally get logged on because I had to call in and find out my username was completely different. Not just modified, completely different…
I’m going to give this CU until the end of the year, and unless they really impress me with app improvements or any other improvements, I’m going to switch to Mascoma. (They have in house developers and a much better app)

Change over
Imagine a company buying out another company and then screwing everything up! Phone lines are always busy. The app consistently asks for your 3 questions to “log in” from your “personal” phone from this app!
802 Credit Union, you would be better off going back to River Valley Credit Union. At least they had their business in line and correct!
Buy the company and wait 6 months to update everything and transfer over. Then shut down every one’s account for an entire weekend, which is HIGHLY illegal! But it’s okay, “we’re updating our system”
I’m definitely going to switch my bank. I’m tired of this ongoing non stop problematic issue of not being available!

Absolutely Horrible
I am furious with this app. The formatting is confusing and glitchy. I’ve needed to change my password multiple times because it says I’m entering it wrong, even though I know I’m not. Back when it was River Valley Credit Union, I set up my checking account to opt out of overdraft protection so that my debit card would just get declined instead of me getting a huge overdraft fee. Now apparently that agreement is null and void. I was given no notice for the policy change and thus had no reason to think that there was any issue. Unfortunately, it seems I’ve now been charged a ridiculous amount of overdraft fees so now my account is hundreds of dollars in the negatives. Meanwhile, my card has been going through just fine while I make small purchases of less than $10. I am so upset. This is catastrophic and I can’t afford this. I just received several insufficient funds notices in the mail but until now, I never knew there was an issue. Terrible business and awful app.
