Game is actually really cool and enjoyable. even though you do have to wait which is the cool and bad part. it makes you feel like your actually talking to someone that is lost on the moon. wish there was more choice of words though. but although game is fun and definitely worth it. and this aint no npc talking, straight human

  • The notifications are out of control

I counted 18 notification’s back to back within the span of a minute… at midnight… I get that it’s supposed to be like your texting back and forth with him, but its a game, a single notification would suffice, I don't need my phone blowing up at all hours of the day to talk to a fictional character who cant decide what to eat for dinner.

Otherwise the story seems interesting enough.

If you have no friends and want people to think you’re popular, play this game, your phone will vibrate nonstop… If you value your sleep and professional appearance, skip this one.

  • Really Well Made!

I’m not willing to talk about what things i didn’t like about this game (mainly cause i didn’t find anything) so i will be talking about the games ups! As a starter, Taylor is a very interesting character. They don’t seem open to do much but will already give it a try. Sure, they jokes get old fast but they are trying. Second, the format of this game is really cool! When i downloaded it for the first time, I thought it was gonna be a open world game. I actually like this better! The one thing i like the most is how there are time stamps between when Taylor does something ( such as traveling somewhere or looking for something) and when going to sleep, depending when you started the game, will go to sleep around the time you do! I think that’s really cool!

Other than that, it’s still a cool game! I love the part where you can rewind the choices and try again if you accidentally kill Taylor. Great game!

  • PLEASE MAKE THE WAIT LESS TIME OR MAKE A SETTING TO TURN ON OR OFF THE WAIT BETWEEN THE MESSAGES

This game is amazing in every aspect.. but there is one slight issue that me and other people believe could be fixed over time. This issue makes some people not wanna play the game, the issue is that the time that Taylor says he is going to take for something is the actual time he takes for it so now I’m waiting for 8 hours or more for him to sleep. And I had to wait an whole hour also. I love your game but please fix this ASAP.

  • Interesting and fun

I have been playing this game for just a few hours, and it is very interesting and unique. It is a text based game where you interact with a character called Taylor. You help guide Taylor after his ship crashes on a nearby planet. Taylor interacts as a real person would when sending and receiving your messages. At certain points you will see the message that Taylor is busy and there is no communication with him until he returns. At which point I closed the app. A little later I received what looked like a real text message from Taylor reporting on ther events that happened when he was away. That really made me feel that Taylor was a real person. I am really intrigued by this game and cannot wait to see what other surprises are in store for Taylor. Thank you for making this game it is very well done.

  • It’s okay

It is somewhat a real time game where you have to wait while Taylor navigates this far away space rock. I like the pacing personally as it wouldn’t be fun to sit down and do it all at once. Suspense builds and you hope that you gave good advice to your new wayward friend. Taylor almost always listens to your advice but sometimes they don’t which I appreciate since you’re not playing the character, you’re only talking to them.

I made it to the end on the first try, but Taylor then died due to a moment where I don’t say the “right thing”. I was pretty bummed about that because it’s something I wouldn’t say for personal reasons. I don’t want to spoil it by giving more detail here, but I know I’m not alone with that thought. I felt like physical choices should matter more than saying the right thing.

While the story was pretty engaging, the end fell flat and was a bit cheesy. After it ends you get go back and see what would have happened if you chose different options, which I really appreciate. But it turns out most of the choices I made were of little consequence and it was also going to end in either Taylor’s death or the way it ended with Taylor surviving. I did still recommend the game to my husband and I’m excited to hear his take on it.

  • Very immersive. Unexpectedly so.

Having played highly intensive graphical games for decades on a variety of platforms, this ‘game’ is a breath of fresh air. It proves that an immersive game literally does not have to have more than just text. It’s one of the few games I’ve played through to completion in the last few years. Very interesting, choices feel impactful, and the ramp up in suspense is just glorious.

A+, try it for an experience that may remind what you liked about gaming in the first place.

  • Superb Storytelling!

I have never played any of the titles in the Lifeline series until this one on Arcade. The story telling is superb! I really felt as though I was communicating with a real person. Taylor can be whiny at times, but who wouldn’t be if you were stranded on a strange deserted planet. The little after story with Mel was too short. I am hoping we get more chapters on Arcade as I would love to know what happens with Taylor.

  • Awesome game!

What a great way to experience a story. I’m not much for text based games but this game is great. The story was very captivating and always left me wondering what was going to happen to Taylor next during the short pauses. I often found myself taking breaks throughout the day to see what was going to happen next. Great job to the developers. Hope to see more of these games released on Apple Arcade.

  • Absolutely amazing

This game is one of the most unique concepts and greatest games I’ve played, and I don’t mean to do nothing but hype the game because like any game it had its issues, the only one I would be able to see however was certain discrepancies between it is obvious that “Taylor” the main character is speaking to you but at times when you reply to him it seems as you are genuinely typing in response to his spoken communication. (For example when giving an answer he might say “sarcasm is difficult to understand from print” or something along the lines) but other than that which obviously is a very minute issue. It was great, it allowed me to get through work and school and reply periodically so I got to maintain gameplay and understanding of the story without committing hours on end of my free time. Thank you guys for this game. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Keep up the good work
