Doesn’t work
App tells me I can’t shop because I don’t live in a area that allows dispensaries. I live a few miles from the Surterra store. So weird.
Awful app
Drains your battery even when you're not using it. Created issues with my surterra account so my preorders are never ready. Love surterra, hate their app.

The company is great, the app is not
Lots of issues to begin with, and now it will not open. I’ll do my business with Surterra face to face or via their website.

I wish someone at Surtera will improve the app, it’s useless the it is now.
Awful App
Just shop in the store. It’s better than this app that constantly crashes and signs you out so you have to redo your cart.
Why?
This app does not link my rewards points even though I’m signed into the right account. I got an email that I had 84 rewards points after my first order, but they don’t show up in the app and neither does my order history. And every time I log into the app my profile has been wiped clean so I have to put in my information again. And pretty much the entire app isn’t really even functional, you have to go to the website for everything.
