FIX THE APP
I Love my bissel a3 it makes my life easier but the app is TRASH. Keeps saying network error, the app needs to be fixed for what we paid for the a3…

Terrible App
This app is a complete letdown. It constantly fails to connect to the robot mop, and error messages are its favorite response. The functionality is a nightmare – it ruins cleaning and ignores commands. It behaves unpredictably, with frequent glitches. It feels like a rushed, half-baked product (This App, not the robot). You need to fix this app ASAP. Awful

Crap!
The app constantly says network error and when it does find the robot, it says it can’t connect to the network… I expect more from bissell!
App crashes even during the initial setup
I am trying to set it up and when I click on the menu button(three horizontal lines) on the top right corner and the app crashed. This is very very disappointing.
App is terrible
I can’t even set up my device because it keeps throwing “Network Error, try again later”
Not looking good
Can’t even create an account to get this robot started. Talk about a letdown. Network error try again every time I try to log in to even get started.
Unreliable at best
The app fails to connect to wifi often and will give messages like “network error, please try later” or “abnormal data”. When you look them up online, via Bissell or elsewhere, these error messages are not easily found (I still can’t find the significance or resolution for the abnormal data message) and there are little to no options to help fix these issues. Deleting the app and reinstalling NEVER fixes the errors, it’s basically a waiting game until the app starts to work again. For the amount that Bissell charges for their robot mops/vacuums, this app’s subpar performance is a huge let-down and unacceptable.
