Thank you

My heartfelt thanks for making this app and sharing it for free. It’s perfect for measuring fluctuating symptoms and it’s extremely customizable. It’s so helpful for Bipolar Disorder.

I just had my first experience with ultra rapid cycling and mixed episodes. I love the app’s unlimited entries instead of one a day. I spent hours searching for an app and this is THE ONE. It helped me stay grounded and mindful of my sometimes hourly changing moods and track which mixed symptoms I had. When I talked with my doctor I was such a mess I just opened the app, handed her my phone, and asked her to scroll. My only suggestion is a chart showing the fluctuations in one day.

Thank you Peter Rohde for helping me through a rough and frightening time in my life.

User friendly and comprehensive

This is a very useful tool for anyone with a mood disorder. It enables you to record as many mood entries as you want in any given day, along with symptoms of each mood and notes if any. There is also some room for customization. The data is compiled to show your average mood and your mood history.

Response from developer

Thanks very much for your positive feedback. We’re really glad MoodSnap is helpful.

Great app for mapping your mood

My doctor had suggested I map my mood and I hadn’t found an app that did what I wanted without too many features to make it confusing. This app does the trick and helps me keep monitor. So far it’s been easy to track in the app and look forward to see what this becomes in the future.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for

I saw this posted on Reddit and thought I’d give it a try. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for in a bipolar mood tracker. It gets the basic stuff right and it looks nice while doing so. The developer knows what we need in a mood tracker and they delivered. No ads or IAPs, no subscriptions. I’d like to see a donation option so that I can support this amazing work.

Response from developer

Thank you for the positive feedback. I’m really glad the app is helpful. Although there’s no need to make a donation, it’s a gift. The most helpful thing would be to spread the word so that more people know about it and (hopefully) some other developers get involved in the open source project. :)

Best mood monitoring app out

Far and away the best free mood diary app I’ve ever found. Super simple to use, it also offers far better features and analytics than any paid app I’ve seen. Tailored to people with mood disorders, it seems to have been developed by someone who genuinely understands these issues.
