Good service, inconvenient app
I have Plum insurance through my husband’s company. And I am quite happy with the tele consultations with doctors.
My only problem is that when I schedule a tele consultation, I give my email address and my phone number for each appointment. But if the doctor isn’t able to join on the app and has to call on my phone, the phone call ALWAYS goes to my husband’s phone because he is the primary person on the plan.
It makes no sense, and is quite in convenient because we are never in the same place. But we have complained to Plum and they are still not able to solve the problem.
Hence until this phone call problem is solved, my rating will be 2 star.
