Over promised, can’t deliver

You should know customer service is not available outside of banker’s hours. You can’t get something for nothing and with Previ you’ll trade dependability, transparency, and service for a slightly lower price. Use your time to shop for the best plan direct from carrier and you’ll come out ahead. Previ is nothing more than a sales pitch.

Excellent Service

This company is great

Useless?

Just switched to Previ and so far so good but this app is just a payment portal essentially. You can’t see your lines or their usage, you can’t shop, you can’t do really anything. It tells me my own name on a card with the year I joined which is pointless. I’m looking forward to more functionality!

Not worth it

I signed up a few days ago and they told me since I’m already on AT&T I have to go to T-Mobile. I decided to go to T-Mobile but the customer service is not good at all. There’s no way you can call someone and get a hold of anyone right away. I can’t imagine having an issue and wanting to call them and having my issue resolved in the future. I have texted them multiple times and no one responds. I won’t be transferring my line to Previ. Not worth the hassle and inconvenience for such an important asset.

App is Useless.

I have an account with Previ through my employer. I love the huge discount on my plan, but it feels like I have very little control over my account. I want to go paperless with my billing statements through T-Mobile, and was told by Previ that I could access my invoices through the app, but the app is useless. All it does is show your recent bills and lets you change info. That’s it. Why even put the effort into developing an app that has no purpose?

Great idea, poor execution

The service is a great idea- apply the same collective bargaining techniques that get used for insurance to phone plans. The execution, however, is flawed. Upgrading phones? I’ve been missing cell service while waiting all day for CS to fix the plan migration that would have happened automatically on a regular account. Customer service NEEDS to be more responsive (10 minutes max between messages, not 2+ hours), the issues with onboarding and upgrading need fixed (this should be as transparent as on a regular phone plan, but isn’t for some reason), and there needs to be a clearly defined exit path for returning to a normal service (which I’m seriously considering after the nonsense today).

Simple but not polished

Basic app that does the job for the most part.
The support section however is broken. The chat layout is misaligned and messages are truncated on the right side.

Awful experience with company and the app is extremely buggy

I highly recommend not switching your cellular lines to Previ. It was a bad experience from day 1. I waited ten days for a response, you can’t even contact the carrier directly because it’s a corporate account, and they only finally replied because I threatened to contact the FTC and FCC. Stay far away. As for the app, it crashes constantly and provides nothing except a chat function, it’s useless.

Absolutely the Worst

Don’t not do not use Previ the worst

Tough onboarding - not recommended

The onboarding was pretty tough- it was supposed to happen overnight but there was a snag, so it happened in the middle of the day.

My wife was on the way to a job function and her service just cut out without warning. She missed the function as a result and we’ve spent 4 hours going back and forth with support. They will go a long time without getting back, making things take forever.

App is buggy and chat randomly stops working.
