Oh no! We're sorry to hear about the trouble you are having trying to log in! Your new password must be a minimum of 8 characters and contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a punctuation mark or symbol or the app will not allow you to sign-in. If your password contains these characters and you are still not able to login, please email support@goodandbeautiful.com for assistance. We'd love to know what you think of the app once you get logged in.

We're sorry to hear about the missing videos for our Level 3 Language Arts Course, but appreciate your feedback. We are working on a correction and hope to have it updated soon. In the meantime, the 'back' arrow in the top left should help to fix the problem so you can continue with the course.

Some customers have had success by going 'back' to the home screen by tapping the back button or by tapping the home button two times. We hope this helps to correct the issue so you can continue to enjoy the lessons without reinstalling the app! We are working on a solution to fix this glitch.
