Misleading

Usually when things cost in the app, it says as such prior to download. I downloaded, as this looked to be a FREE homeschool resource. It required ALL my information (including my address and phone number) before letting me know it would be entirely unusable unless you pay $30-$50 for EACH SUBJECT.

While I understand the need to make money in your business, be clear and concise with this. Stop data mining individuals. It’s disgusting.

We are happy to clarify. The app and most of the courses that are used with the app are free to download, including Language Arts Levels K-8 and Math K-6. An account does need to be created, but your address and phone number are not required. We encourage you to email support@goodandbeautiful.com if you need assistance with a free download or any of our other products and resources.

Can’t log in to the app

We just bought third grade language arts curriculum and in many places it references the use of the app. We can log into the website but still have yet to log in to the app itself. The company doesn’t offer phone support at all. It was very frustrating to me and my student to need to use the app as we are making our way through the lessons but couldn’t access it. If the app is an integral part of the program it needs to work well. So frustrating!

If you have not already, you can try typing in your email address and password instead of letting it auto-populate or copying and pasting. Some customers have success with that. Also, your new password must be a minimum of 8 characters and contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a punctuation mark or symbol or the app will not allow you to sign-in without these requirements. If you are still not able to login, please email support@goodandbeautiful.com for assistance; they will be happy to change your password and troubleshoot with you.

One of our favourite tool to use daily when homeschooling our daughter

This app is wonderful, a fun way to further and support our daughters education during homeschooling. We use this alongside the preschool curriculum and it’s a huge hit, we listen to stories sing along to songs and our daughter loves to join in with the movement videos and watch the short yet educational videos about many different animals.

Highly recommend this app, it’s really the perfect addition for our learning journey.

Homeschool

I love this app. I gave it 3 stars because when I installed it on my daughter’s chromebook the format was difficult to maneuver. You can’t access the video lessons through the app on a chromebook.
If it be possible it would be nice to have an app or be able to on this app watch video lessons on a laptop or chromebook. It’s easier for kids to click on an app to watch all content then to go through a website especially when the website is all inclusive with shopping options etc. It would be nice to have an app specifically for the kids to use themselves for school. I am currently using this curriculum for my preschool and homeschooling a 6th, 3rd and 4th grader. Thanks so much and can’t wait to see what developers come up with.

Hard to watch videos on airdrop

At first I thought it was my phone. I can’t get the videos to airdrop to my tv so we can watch the videos. I can on my iPad. But I am able to airdrop other videos from other places. I just can’t with my phone from your app.
Please put the videos on your YouTube channel so I can stream the videos from there.

Videos are difficult to navigate

I really like the concept of this app but to get to one video to the next is very difficult for children to do on their own. You have to double click and exit out of a few boxes etc. I wish it was set up in a way that was more user friendly.
