Wonโt connect to my quad speakers
Tried for a couple of hours trying to connect to WI-FI failed totally reset and re installed the app still nothing so Iโm very disappointed and want my money back as the system is useless without the app

This app is complete garbage. Canโt login and canโt access my new television. Sony made this app just to say they have an app. I wish the App Store would start removing apps that do not work.

Well it was a easy set up and wow the picture quality itโs great. Very happy with Sony tv and sound bar with the sub woofer. Is the way to go. Looking forward football!

It would be perfect if the different sound field options (360 vs Dolby etc.) is a front page option, not buried in the Sound Setting sub menu.

Needs Arrow Buttons and Select Button
This app works fine, but itโs very frustrating to only have the scroll pad, and not also have simple arrow buttons and center select, like the actual Sony remote does. The scroll pad can be too sensitive, and I keep scrolling back and forth past what Iโm trying to select. And the scroll pad doesnโt always correlate to the functionality of some apps, like not being able to press and hold a select button for a list of options.
Otherwise, the volume, and menu function seems fine. Just add arrow and select buttons, and this app will be fine.

Works for a little while
Absolutely horrible app worst, I have ever used on an Apple product connect to the Sony Bravia nine for only a little while as soon as the app sits idle for a while does not work anymore. Iโve tried several times installing it installing it updating it up updating the TV reconnecting and changing Wi-Fi networks itโs just a disaster. I donโt know how this has the reviews that it does.
