The update disconnected my setup

The update to this new “Bravia” thing completely disconnected my new sound setup I had JUST installed a couple weeks ago. That was pretty inconvenient and now I’m just hoping this doesn’t happen every single time they add support for new devices. I’ve got to repair everything.

Sound system

Gives options that are not given on any other platform to enable the sound system connected to the television to be ideally enhanced. It made a big difference in our case. We can now hear dialogue functionally along side the other sound effects. This was a problem before I found out the adjustments that are possible in this app. It was a great help!!

Device wont connect

I recently got a Sony S400 Speaker that has a bar and woofer. But no matter what I do to try to connect. I will not. Ive even re read the manual and i still cant connect. Please Sony fix this.

Can’t find receiver

Would love to use the app with my new receiver. Says it uses Bluetooth. I have paired it with the receiver but the app just keeps looking. I have deleted the pairing still nothing.

Terrible Blu tooth connection

Loses blue tooth connection constantly and won’t reconnect unless I spend 30 minutes messing with it and unplugging and plugging in my Soundbar. External annoying.

Not impressed

This system HT-AX7 is very disappointing..it won’t connect to my tv’s not even a 3 year old Sony Tv..I’ve had to buy a Bluetooth transmitter to go with it adding to the extremely high purchase price…it is confusing to use and the app is even more confusing and not straightforward to use
