I love it !!
It’s so much easier and convenient to wash! the app is great. i love how it updates you on how much time you have left for each washer and dryer and it sends a notification when they’re done. 10/10

Bummer
The app is fine, and they also give refunds without hassle when the machines go wrong which is nice. The problem is their customer service and issues with staying logged in on the app. It logged me out and I was unable to get back in, and also wasn’t getting the email for forgotten password. I called to try get it reset and she told me she’d call back. She never did and I called a few more times and left messages each time. It’s just stressful because as a single mom, it adds an additional stressor of needing to do laundry for work and school and no one on their end to help with a simple password reset.

So far it’s been an excellent app. No delays
Will steal your money
The machines have debit readers on them. I tried to use it to pay for a load and was charged $10 not $2 like the machine said.
A nice change from coins!
I knew it was only a matter of time we’d be able to do our laundry without standing in line at the bank or begging a cashier at the store to sell some quarters. So much more convenient!
Also being able to add incremental time to the drying cycle is great!
My only complaint is the timer on the app can be off by as much 3-4 minutes with the actual machines. Hardly a huge deal and will probably be addressed in future updates.
