App needs a lot of work
According to your locations, you have no stores in Orlando, Florida. So the app is technically useless to me.
Sweet
It seems this app is fixed. Enjoyed the ease of use and that my doughnuts were ready and waiting. Seems to have more features than the web site.
Delicious Doughnuts. Disappointing App.
Downloaded the app and tried to use it when ordering. After repeat attempts to use such as well as redeem awards, I am throwing in the towel. For such a great product, this app severely disappoints. I will not be buying any more Parlor Doughnuts until the app gets overhauled.
Why Have an App if You’re Not Going to Keep Up With It?
I can never get this app to open. It always pops up with a can’t load error. One update in 10 mos?! Do better Parlor! With the app, I mean….
Current version in need of update
Recently I keep receiving the “Error Validating basket” notification which will not allow an order to be placed despite all items in the cart being available.
Needs some tweaking
I can’t sign up for the rewards. It keeps asking to verify my phone. Which I’ve never seen such a thing when it comes to signing up for rewards. I tried many times to verify the number and it keeps stating that there’s an error.
Locations missing
Not all locations are listed in the app. Nashville, TN and Oceanside, CA are not listed among several others.
Good effort, but needs a little more.
The app has good potential and has most of the basic features needed. However, I wanted to check out the menu, but am required to select a location first. A location just opened in my area recently and is not on the list yet so I randomly chose another location just so I could view the menu. My issue is, now I have no way of changing the order location and it is stuck on a state I don’t even live in. It would be great if there was an option to change your order location and also adding a feedback or contact option for issues like this.
