  • Not able to add more photos

    If you only allow limited access to your photo library I haven’t found any way to add more photos after the fact

    From "SQUARE Link development team" Please follow below steps. (1) Remove the application from the task. (2) Open the"SQUARE Link" app. (3) Tap “OK” on the dialog box that appears. (4) Select [Photos]-[Limited Access]. (5) Tap "Edit Selected Photos"" and select the photos you need.
  • Its pretty good

    Its awesome but sometimes its hard to contact

When you find trouble with connection, please kindly try below FAQ first. https://instax.com/square_link/en/support/#sup_faq If the problem cannot be solved, please follow below steps. (1) Restart the smartphone. (2) Charge mini Link printer battery to full. (3) Turn off Bluetooth on the smartphone and then turn it on. (4) Unpair the connected mini Link and reconnect it.
  • Some minor UI bugs but works well

    The app does just about everything you’d want it to. It connects to the instax square printer, prints photos, tells you the charge level of the battery, and how much film remains. The quick print UI is pretty atrocious though. It’s unnecessarily difficult to line up an image in the square. 80% of the time, when I try to adjust the image I’ve already selected, it takes me to the image selection screen. Overall I am still happy with the product and the app.

  • Fun app but can be better

    This is a fun app. Easy to use however the AR functionality could be better.. ie enable user to only scan QR code to view them rather than getting people to download the app. It does not make sense for people that do not have the printer to download the app..

  • “Could not establish a connection with the device.

    Try search and connect again (1010).” This app worked with the square printer once like magic. But then no combination of forgetting bluetooth device, restarting, off/on, plugged in, unplugged, searching, closing and reopening, button pressing will get anything other than the message above. What is the trick as search gives this error? iOS17.0.3

  • Terrible loading time

    To load a photo for print takes several minutes. The app just freezes and won’t even load the photo album for at least 3 mins- so imagine trying to load several photos for print one after another! Not even close to being efficient if using for an event, we had a line of customers and not even half received their photos because they couldn’t be bothered to wait.

  • User-friendly but has some flaws

    It’s a fun app to use and makes the printing process easy. However the AR print function does not seem to be working as when the QR code is scanned, it takes the user to the app home page rather than the actual AR print. It would be amazing if this could be fixed ASAP!

  • Doesn’t handle large iOS 16 libraries well

    As with other Fuji apps this is quite terrible in its current version. It does not load images from the photos library smoothly - so the process of selecting one image to print takes several minutes and severe lag between steps. At least this one does load the library at all - but it’s a very poor experience.
