Bug need to fix
I may be the only one experiencing .this but sometimes the app not allow me to log in with an error “something wrong” . Some days I gave no issues. What was strange last time I logged in, I was able to log in fine yet I was still getting that error in my screen. Please take a look into this bug.
Not what advertised not useful, predatory
I work with the unbanked. Thought I'd test drive for them. Predatory as all others.
1. Like predatory cashing, they charge up to 4.95 for each cash deposit. You pay them to make money of your money? Not Great fot cash only workers.
2. No way to deposit checks. Just direct deposit. What about gig and freelance workers?
3. Their "round up to donate" doesn't have any latino organizations.
4. You dont get a tax deduction benefit for their round up feature to donate, they do.
5. Bill pay is a joke. They say "use your debit card"
6. Still requires a ss# can't use an ITIN and forwign passport, as is legal and used by most banks. So how does this help unbanked folks.
In short, can't fund it. Can't use it as real bill pay. It costs money to use. They take your donations as their tax credit. Not for unbanked people. Not for people without US documents. Not for gig or cash workers. This is a tax right off for them. period.

Needs more tweaking & it will be perfect.
I got my greenwood account set up a couple weeks ago I’ve funded my account several times & used the card with ease, I find it now being my primary card; however now when I’m trying to log in on my app it’s showing me a zero balance with a error message & it also is no longer allowing me to fund my account with my other back account that I’ve been using without a error message popping up. Fix this problem & I’d say it’s perfect.

Room to grow
I know it’s new and there’s still lots to be added.
Some things I would add are some of the main features I miss from my Simple Banking app.
Setting up goals and then the app daily takes small portions out of your account to make sure you have the money saved by the due date.
I’d start looking all over LinkedIn for developers who worked on the Simple app and bring them on your team.
Also mobile check deposit, im not sure how this was over looked at launch.
Overall I’m a big fan of the initiative and the design. I’ll be using the bank more and more as my daily banking account.

App crash for me
It seems like the app crash a lot
I was just able to sign in last night now I’m not able to sign in and every time I’m able to it keep say my account balance is zero when I have money on there i never had chance to even use the card so I can

Awful communication with support
After taking all of my extremely sensitive information my Application got denied, didn’t say why, and then didn’t hear from support for weeks after I reached out. Finally they replied, talking about a text message I should have received (but didn’t) and that it’s their second time trying to contact me (it wasn’t). I replied and I have never heard back again.

Couple Features missing
Great application so far, there just a few thing missing. Online there are mentions of an ATM map in app but I don’t see this function anywhere in the application. As well as the ability to transfer money from a card, I don’t see that option anywhere as well. These would be my only concerns other than that great app

They need a transaction search bar,
Should provide provisional Credit on disputes within 24 hours for members they have constant direct deposits,
Need to be able to have a search bar for transactions that way you don’t have to look through all of the transactions and also when you’re going down the list it says to repeat itself and bounce back.

Closing my account asap
Idk where to start, not backed by an actual black bank. Less atms than a Vanilla or Greendot card, the in app transfer system is Dial (which is a whole separate awful) once took 9 business days to transfer $50!!?!? Here and their Facebook has tons of fake reviews to drown out the bad. They will randomly hold your instant transfers for up to 4 business days urging you to use dial which is trash. You’re better off looking up ACTUAL black banks on Nerdwallet this ain’t it.

Can’t upload id
I have been trying for 2 months now to upload my id for account verification and the app crashes on me every time. This is making me want to just say forget it and walk away.
