Useless App

You can’t enable the app using email as it says to open your email for the link but it won’t connect back to the app again. ridiculous application.

Love this app

All thought this app may have its ups and downs I will say it’s the best app I have ever downloaded I mean it this app has help me not only improve my essay but I went from getting a f in English to a c to a b to an A love this app you should download it👍(please excuse my grammar and grammatical errors)

Disappointing sign up process

Beware - asking for an annual subscription for a 7-day free trial and requiring FULL keyboard access on top of that.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. The full access request is a required step for us to allow you enjoying our AI capabilities wherever you write. We do not collect any sensitive data and use state-of-the-art security measures. The trial offer is optional; you may skip it and use the app for free with some limitations. We look forward to seeing you using our app in the future.

Needs full keyboard access

Not impressed you can't use this app without granting full access to the keyboard. This does actually include sensitive data like credit cards etc. Not sure why it can't just be used as a standalone app. Disappointing.

Granting full access gives the keyboard internet connection, which is required for Wordtune to be able to offer Rewrite suggestions. Wordtune was designed so that it cannot see passwords, credit card numbers and other sensitive data, so you can use Wordtune without fear of your data being accessed - Apple shows the same warning message to all third-part keyboards whether they have taken these precautions or not. If you have any more questions regarding our privacy measures please don't hesitate to reach out to ios@wordtune.com.

No customer service to resolve your issues

I loved this app in the past I had no problems using before September!!! I paid my monthly subscription but these last 2 months it is giving me messages the that I reached my daily limit I am so disappointed I have written customer service service several time to help resolve but no one responds to my messages
