Loved before the recent update

It’s understandable you want to profit off the app, but in the long run you’ll lose users.

why make us pay for things you used to offer for free and the limits aren’t enough in my opinion.

this is why apps like quizlet are running down because everyone wants money instead of truly caring for the customers.

Perfect, must Keep it up!

This is the only app I can have to increase my grammar, a Premium Grammar I should say.

You deserve a 5-star! Hopefully not less than that!

Awesome program but it’s flawed!

I love the program, which saved me hours of writing, but why do I have to keep logging in every time I use this app? This is why I gave you four stars instead of five stars!

Beware! Doesn’t ALWAYS save work

I’ve been using wordtune now for about a year. At first I loved it. It helped me to streamline my writing—emails, class content, etc. But I noticed it is also very glitchy. Sometimes it has a mind of its own and will not save the work created in it—especially if you close your laptop, or put your desktop to sleep, and ipad pro too looses content created if the screen turns off while closing it up in a case. I use chrome browser as suggested—does not make a difference. I’m looking for a beter program that is more reliable. It is beyond frustrating to spend over three hours crafting material for it ALL to be lost when needing to access it. So frustrating!!!

Horrible

For kids, we just can’t pay and a lot of parents won’t pay for an app. I really hate that when I need to take notes for a really important test, it won’t let me finish my notes. The sad part is, it only fixes 1 sentence at a time and that counts as 1 rewrite per sentence. Really sad

Cancelled subscription

I cancelled the subscription and it’s not on my apple paid but the money still comes out

I wish It didn’t cost money.

I completely understand that this app would want to make profit off of their app but, for people under the age of about 13, the child would probably need to get their parents to buy the memberships for them and some parents don’t like to spend money on apps. So as someone under the age of 13, I can’t get the memberships and there is a daily limit to how many times you can use the app, but other than that I love how much the app helps me with my grammar/typing!

Bad navigation

Sorry folks, but I wasn’t even able to pass the tutorial screen. Long story short, I couldn’t use my account in my phone. Still a long way to go in mobile

Great app/ privacy issue

I love the app and use it on my computer but I don’t want to use it on my phone as it requires the full access to my keyboard. Can this be fixed?

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We use the same methodology as other keyboard apps to process text and come up with suggestions. Our keyboard app setup process (like all other apps) shows a generic permissions message (presented by Apple's iOS) when you allow it to process your text and paraphrase it for you. All data is anonymized. Moreover, the keyboard cannot work with sensitive text inputs such as passwords, payments, etc. If you still have doubts or questions, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to explain in person.
