Intentional Stuttering
Every time I watch a stream, no matter the provider, service or country of origin, it will run beautifully smooth at the maximum FPS and quality however it will stop after the first 30 seconds to tell me it has a playback error and it is reconnecting. It does this 5 times before stopping entirely and telling me to pick a new stream. All the while the content is running perfectly smooth. If I find a different stream of the content, it does the exact same thing at the exact same intervals. Either this stuttering issue is intentionally programmed into the system or someone is sitting there pausing my content while I’m watching. Awful service.Show lessKaneforbes
Keeps freezing

App won’t stop asking me to rate on a book. No option to click submit. Forever annoying pop up. Always a 2 inch black frame around what I watch. Needs to fill the whole screen reallyDaScud

Have got Smarters for several years, from this provider get three subscriptions, and on three don’t have the series, don’t know why. Still I’m very pleased, very easy to navigate the channels ,I’m about to renew two next month and the other on December, could not give a 5star only because of the series. iOS version needs search function!
Great app but the developers need to incorporate a search feature for movies and series just like they do for the firestick version. This would enable users to search for a title they’re looking for versus having to scroll endlessly to find what they’re looking for.Rrochk
Unreliable
Since I subscribed the film and series content has stopped working. Also it is very hit and miss regarding when the tv content is available. You cannot rely on this service to be working when you want to watch something. And when it does work the program can be stop start. Particularly on sports.waynehwg1
A very well created app!!
This app is very good for two reasons. Firstly they have new movies that are in theatres in the app and have child settings which is helpful for those us us who have kids.
