If you do not like the default display of your feed, this app offers countless new features and filters to customize and organize your feed as you wish. As for the fee, the auction premium has been raised a total of 2% from 8 years ago, and an item fee of $2.00 has been added. We are constantly adding new items, and the new platform comes with many features and abilities that the previous app could not have. Given these changes, OLA still is proud to have the lowest fees of an auction our size, and our bidders still save a current average of 80% every week.

Good news! Since your review, both of these features are now available. You can open individual photos and zoom in freely on them. You can also set a preferred location and delivery method and set it as your default preference, so it remains everytime you open the app. Please make sure your app is updated to see these changes. All sales have moved to our new app, which will only be available on mobile devices as of this time, as our app grows with the times of online shopping. We will be sure to keep all previous bidders notified of any changes.

New terrible fee structure. 15%+$2/item+tax. Your $5 bid actually costs $8.37.
Can’t zoom in on pictures. No item numbers. Scroll for ages.

Seriously? I guess slightly overcharging customers in the past on the sales tax isn't enough.

The other portion of the percentage you are referring to is the county tax, which is dependent on the location's county, not OLA, and has also not changed. Given these minor changes, OLA still is proud to have the lowest fees of an auction our size, and our bidders still save a current average of 80% every week.
Old app was much better

This app actually provides a lot more search ability that was long requested and awaited for on our old app. You can now search across ALL items posted at once, and save those items to a collective watchlist. Additionally, you can save a certain search and receive notifications when that item is posted on auction in the future. We have released multiple updates to the app since leaving your review, including more search functionality and features.
Could be a lot better
- organize by auction #. Having everything not organized into individual auctions is very confusing
- display date and time of auction vs. days/hours until auction end. Hard to determine when an auction is actually beginning

Hello! You are unable to determine when an auction is beginning because items are not organized into auctions on this app. An item begins to end as soon as it is a part of the item feed. Each item displays, from both the main feed and the item page, the timer to count down until it ends. Items can be sorted from ending the soonest to ending the latest, or based on current bid. There are many ways to filter and order the feed if the default organization is not to your liking. We have released multiple updates to the app since leaving your review, please check out the functionality of new features that may improve your experience.
