Purchased but did not get the product
I paid the 30 bucks for the lifetime access but did not receive the product. I tried getting out of the app and going back in and clicking on restore purchase and no purchase was found. I checked with my bank to see if the purchase went through. They clearly charged my card. 30 dollars down the drain just like that. Don’t trust this company. Every time I open app I have to get restore purchase. It’s seems to be faster when ads are still on. The AI works fine it all the paywall junk that messes up the experience, even though I’ve already paid.muckwalfart
Watch out
I “unlocked” Pro lifetime repeatedly — it never unlocked, my promised avatars never came through, and daVinci double-billed me on Apple. What it does is fantastic depending on the filter chosen, but I’ve been taken. This appears to be a racket, which also forces me to believe it may hijack personal information. Was great, now doesn’t work.
I loved this app and I paid for the premium, but for the past two days it no longer lets me create any AI avatars. Really disappointing. There’s also no way to get ahold of anyone to address this, so I have no choice but to cancel my subscription. Really bummed. This was my favorite app.themanderkin
Misleading
I was excited that the app advertised the ability to creat images with your photos by tagging yourself in the prompt like Facetune used to have but sadly it was false advertising and they should really be more transparentSemurphy13
Doesn’t recognize that I purchased the yearly subscription.
This works great. But everyday when I log in, I need to tap on “restore purchases” before I can use this app. It is extremely annoying and ruins the experience. I have no other way of contacting the devs to see if they can fix this. But as it stands now, unless this is fixed - I won’t be renewing.KFreyMD
pro version not working
The app is fun to use but the pro version has problems. I paid for the pro version, it worked for one day than next day the app started with the adds again and no option the log in to the pro version.ghdrhnvfyjfrt
