Pathetic service and app
Barely works, has downtime half the month, unable to use neither the debit card nor app.
Not working properly
there are so many issues in app.
1. Beneficiery not added.
2. Telenor Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay,Jazz Cash Banks are not there.

Worst app
Pathetic app, always breaking down, takes 1000 years for something to load. Do better!!!!! Doesn’t even deserve the one star.
Sadapay and easy paisa not available as options
It is absolutely ridiculous to have such a terrible user interface for an app in this day and age for a bank that is able to afford better developers. The app is missing basic banks like easy paisa and sadapay which makes it impossible for me to make transactions through silk bank account and I have to rely on another one. Either delete the app or update it!

Otp screen lags
When changing pw right after first logon otp gets automatically removed whenever you try to type.
I believe QC and Quality Assurance should do more test. Or Silk bank should hire university student to make workable application

Responsive Design Issue on iPhone 14 Pro Max
I left a negative review because I have been facing this problem for a long time: you need to hire a good developer who knows about responsiveness. On the iPhone 14 Pro Max, the header bar has a top margin that hides the details where I can click to navigate to detail pages. Due to the header overlap, it’s not visible. Please pay attention to this matter and resolve it ASAP.
