I have a lot of Anker products and this app just makes it even better with all the cool features it has I haven’t seen any problems with the app everything is just spot on I love this app and I also like how accurate the information it so I would recommend getting this app you won’t regret it

Seems good but would be even nicer if can connect to victron product by Bluetooth or ve direct cable
Constant Login Required
The app works but you have to always login to use it and agree to the terms and their right to spy on you. At first I thought is was one or two time thing, but nope, every time you try to use the app you have to agree to their terms and spying. Gets annoying after a while, especially for the tenth time in a day. And, you cannot let someone in your family access your system. And it does not like you having it on your phone and tablet at the same time.

I’m a tech geek
I’ve always loved my tech, of all forms and my Anker c800 and c200 are just the best little power solutions. I baught as preparation devices for power outages and power back up systems and they do everything I need, especially when accompanied with the cool, simple and powerful app on iPhone. Couldn’t recommend them more, top quality equipment.

Perfect
I love how I can just check charging status from anywhere. Very easy to understand. Clean interface.
Room for basic improvements
Happy but.. if only they would add a timer function in the app for the solix to activate grid charging?? Because many of us have cheap electricity at different hours, it would be great to take advantage of these cheap night time rates. Even better.. an API to octopus and other electricity distributors

Mostly works
App lets you change settings of your device and update the firmware of the device. However my recent firmware update of my c1000 made it not able to connect to my bp1000. Immediately after the update I couldn’t use the extra battery and it’s been like that for a week now. There’s a button to go back to previous firmware but it’s greyed out and doesn’t allow me to go back to the last known good firmware.

App Terrible for Net Metering Schedule - JUST LET ME INPUT TIMES - SLIDER SYSTEM TERRIBLE
Hardware is fine - the app is just terrible for putting in times for net metering - instead of letting you just type times in for each type of power use - off peak, on peak, super off peak - you have to select each and then slider them around - but when super off peak is needed to placed between 10am and 2pm - the slider keeps erasing the other times I have painstakingly put in - it doesn’t need to be this HARD - just let people select the type of metering and input the times!

Good app!
This is a very good app with my new Solix C300 and PS100 solar panel. Two smaller issues are that I wish it had a matching Apple Watch app and I find the wifi and Bluetooth to be a little confusing. Now that I’ve joined wifi I can no longer join Bluetooth? I’ve lost the option for that. How does it connect when wifi is not available? Oh and the app also closes connection with the app if the battery is not in use. It would be nice to be able to wake it up from the app. Otherwise, it’s a very simple, clear and concise app. Thanks Anker.

Wonderfully pointless!
I really don’t need charging performance on my LCD screen of my charger, I need it even less on my phone. This joins my other favorite pointless apps: my intelligent bluetooth bottle bottle and internet enabled cat flap. Rejoice! Rejoice! Everything is better with wifi, bluetooth and an app!
