ONLY CAN USE ON 1 PHONE
I will say the app has worked fine so far but if you and your spouse would like to share the account on each of your phones you can’t. It can only be on one phone quite stupid and extremely annoying. This definitely needs to change if not for that I would be perfectly happy with this service.
cant sign up with the app
I can’t sign up via the app. Keep getting error msg; “Oops! Error creating user.I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Same result. I like the car wash, but can’t use the app.
Best car wash for sports cars and wide base trucks!
The absolute best car wash in the area. I have an oversized truck and a sports car. This is the only wash I can use because there are no tracks. Does a great job. The monthly packages are priced great. A++
Automatic renewal with no cancellation
Not happy they hide the fact it is an automatic renewal for the wash club with no option to cancel. There is an additional $3 fee as well that doesn’t match the advertised price. There was no mention of automatic renewal I could see when signing up. I had to email which they said they will cancel it. The first time I emailed I got no response. I emailed again and the immediately deactivated my account. I should have had 8 more days left on the wash club.
I used wash club 5 times for the month. On one occasion the door wouldn’t open I had to back out and couldn’t use the dryer. The first wash didn’t seem get all the dirt off on a new vehicle. After purchasing there was a new link to terms which mentions 3 month minimum sign up. This was nowhere on the initial sign up. Not a fan of the shady business practice.
