Please when I do a shortcut for the ring doorbell app it launches it directly to the account information screen instead of the “dashboard “ screen where you can see the live camera section. Please fix this

Don’t work
Didn’t work. Only worked 1 time. For 1 app. Paid to get more apps, and didn’t work. Don’t waste your money.
Doesn’t work for me.
Installed, added to lock screen added apps as instructed when I se it on the lock screen it takes me to the screen with my added apps but when I tap on them nothing happens. I have to agree with others, waste of time and money.
This is so bad.
