Awesome app

This app is simple to use and seems to help you be organized during fasting intermittent fasting seems to be a very healthy way to lose weight. I’ve already lost 9 pounds in 21 days. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Not for big guys

This app is solely for people who are already super fit and looking to fine tune I’m a big guy ex college football player I gave it three weeks followed it to a “T” never cheated once and gained about a 1 LBS a week. if your big guy this fasting program won’t work for you. Even members in the app chat told me because of my body type fasting puts me in starvation mode not burning mode. It’s good app not a bad value but make sure you are well under 200 LBS if you plan to try it for weight loss.

Men’s Fasting app keeps me on track

This app is easy to use and tracks you fasting schedule, weight, water intake and reminds you through your day. I’ve been using it about a month now and I’ve lost 10lbs. The easy recipe Guida and chat groups also are helpful. If you need that little extra nudge this may be what your looking for.

Good response to questions

Good response to questions through the app. Staff seems very supportive. I’m confident I will lose some weight!

Fasting

What I like most about it is, there’s times because of peoples schedule,You can’t start fasting exactly when you planned it out.
For example, at my sons house last night playing games me and my wife with his wife my fasting is set up to start at 7 PM nibbling on snacks dips till 8:30.
I like to stick to exactly 7 PM starting my fast.
Well, that did not happen. Did not want to be rude and not taste her dips so I did not start my fast until 830. So when I hit start, you can change the time when you originally planned I’m starting.

No trial

I created an account and spent time answering all the questions only to discover that there is no free trial. I see many others were disappointed in the same way. The developers say something about only providing premium services. How does this stop them from offering a free trial?

If they are confident in the premium quality of their service they would also be confident allowing a free trial.

Never used it

Have some respect for yourself and google what you need to do. I installed this app, answered a million personal questions then told me now that we have all your personal info, pay us now. Fortunately all the info i gave them was fake and deleted the app.

Simple and gentle

This app doesn’t slap you around the face with guilt trips or over complicated rules. Clean, gentle and simple to use… just be honest on answering the initial set up questions and the app will do the rest

Really easy and intuitive

I have tried IF before but have found it tough to stay on course without proper structure. This app gives me that , it has psychology , recipes, is flexible to set your own timers according to your goals and much more. Very early days with this but am confident I will get where I want to be with the assistance from this. Blown away.
