I have really enjoyed this game, but…
I have really enjoyed this game - solving the clues and reading the uncovered facts - but I’ll have to stop now for these reasons:
1. I’ve played 1194 games and recently the short factual stories are the same ones as before - no new stories to read (and I don’t even mind the same clues to solve)
2. I paid the $4.99 USD to eliminate Ads (which I always do if I like the game), however, if you want to play the daily games you have to watch an AD EVERY DAY
3. If you want to play the “theme packs” - which are only 10-20 games each - you have to pay an additional $4.99 FOR EACH PACK
4. You aren’t really competing with other people because there are no Trophies for having the highest number of points at the end of the day and no bonuses if you win
This was an enjoyable game for awhile - I didn’t even mind the grammar and word choice issues - but I’m not paying extra for the theme packs, nor am I going to watch an Ad daily just to play 4 games. So my journey ends here.Show lessnej1509

Hello, thank you for reviewing our app and sharing your concern. Please note that "Remove Ads" option only removes banners and stops all the ads between levels. You still need to watch ads to unlock daily levels. And to receive rewards as well. That's how the app works for now, but we'll make sure to take your comment into attention for further improvements. Good game. I had 6000 points & was in first place but when I got up in the morning my points went down to 0. Am I supposed to play 24 hours a day 7 days a week! I like the game but I’m afraid I am deleting it. Very disappointingFddkdbjdvjknxdgvxmhdhhh

Please note that every new day you need to start collecting points from scratch (since you receive points for the levels and they renew every day). Given it 2 star cause it’s actually fun and clever but there’s no need to chuck so many ads at games like this. Just charge people a 1 off fee for the game. Instead you chose adverts and micro transactions in the hope people will pay more. With you charging 4.99 to remove ads also will put people off. Stop being greedy and use your heads.

Forced ads are automatically an automatic 3-star at best, but they happen after every level on whats essentially a very easy and boring quiz game. Deleted after thirty minutes.
Re: developer response: If you're gonna put ads in your game, incentivize players to watch them by offering rewards. DO NOT force players to watch ads after every level, or even at any point in the game. Forced ads are incredibly frowned upon and usually sparks an infinite sea of 1- and 2- star ratings simply because they had to watch an ad for a bad Gardenscapes clone.
Also, you should probably have real humans respond to your reviews, not AI bots. It's not really a developer response if the one responding to the review isn't a developer, but a bot made by a developer. Also, AI responses look incredibly lifeless and dull, and also make themselves extremely obvious. They say the same thing to multiple reviews (they usually only have like 5 or 6 coded in responses that they respond to reviews with based on key words, literally one of them is "ad"/"ads" 99% sure lol), say to contact an email, or try to convince you to buy their IAPs when you've already deleted the app.
Do not get this game until they've removed the forced ads.

As an Australian I had to laugh at “How Australians pronounce no” Answer Nor. Put me off a bit ha ha.
There are fun facts at the end of each game to read.
I wouldn’t pay 8AUD for it to be ad free. I don’t mind watching some, but too many in this game.Fish-sticks59

I’m always on the search for good puzzle-type games. This one is actually pretty fun, I love crossword, and the like so this was pretty good!
I enjoy the facts after every level as well, learning something new, while playing a game is always a bonus!!
There are a fair amounts of ads, BUT something that I appreciate, is that they are all shippable within about ~5 seconds give or take. Which makes the amount of ads WAY more acceptable. I’m not just playing one round, then being forced to watch a 30second- a minute long ad. Making more ad watching than gameplay.
Something that could be added to improve the app would be a dark mode function. The game is very bright, so that would help a lot with just being able to relax and play the game.
