What’s happened to my money??
So enjoying the game but the blooming adverts were really getting to me. Paid £4.50 to have them removed…. Still getting the same advert over and over. Will not delete app - yet, but demand either removal of adds or my money back please.

I don’t understand how the letter “G” is 10 because A=1, B=2, and so on. So you get to G but g is the 7th, letter of the alphabet. So and if you don’t understand the questions, (I do know you can get the hints) but I played the like practice when I first downloaded it, and apparently, A=3. I do not know if I’m misunderstanding or if I do not understand the rules/game

If it was like this (a-1, b-2, c-3, etc.), what would be the point of the game? There would be no fun at all, since you can easily count and guess any word not with the clue, but just according to the alphabetical order. I wanted to like this game. I really did. It looked like just the sort of word game that I would like. However, ads ads ads … after EVERY puzzle. I don’t mind the ads because almost every game has them, but really after every single puzzle?
And I’m sorry, I was an English major in school, and some of these puzzles are so terribly worded, and I’ve even run across a few spelling mistakes. Can’t a computer do spellcheck for you. Like I said, I really wanted to like this game. But I did not.Show less123abc098zyx

This game helps to keep your busy mind occupied. Time flew by as I played but there are too many ads to deal with unfortunately. I understand ads help & makes this a free game but there should be a limit so it doesn’t take away from the game. I would purchase to remove ads if given the option.therealmzparker74

Was loving this game I’d played it loads and collected about 50 hints through getting the free ones. One day the whole game crashed, it wouldn’t set up a new one even when I closed the app down so I had to delete and restart which meant I lost where I was up to, I lost all my hints and it’s done it again now.Show lessHodgypodgykate

The adds every two seconds are infuriating you have to watch two adds per game pretty much, and can’t use it offline to avoid either, makes it so unrelating and irritating as it’s a pretty good game but the adds are just TOO muchSazzz saz

Why there is no save option for the facts you provide after every solved puzzle? I really look forward for those facts asthey are very interesting and also I get to learn something each day. I hope I can save them somehow.Khushif09
