No way to create and account
I downloaded the app but cannot make a user account lol.
Unclear license agreement and potential fees
I have received an invitation to download this app and I have installed it. When opening it, the first step is to accept the terms and conditions for using this app. Those terms and conditions call out the โserviceโ might not be free and accepting to use the app means accepting associated costs which might not be covered by a health insurance. Actual costs and what is or is not a paid feature is not clearly explained in the license agreement. Not accepting the license agreement makes the app exit so the app cannot be used without accepting financial liability without clearly knowing costs and what the service will provide

App Exercises do not Match Physical Therapy.
Went on this app after 2PT sessions where I had 17 different exercises/therapies. This app only had 7 exercises shown/demonstrated and only four of them matched the actual exercises at the two PT sessions. Itโs not worth using this App if it is not synced with the actual PT received. Also, it does not work well on an iPad because you cannot look at it in landscape view!!!

Please let me use a timer without the video
I like how I can see a video of someone doing the exercise and read description of the exercise. But I really wish that I could have my exercises timed without having to perfectly position the video. That is completely unrealistic for me and a huge waste of my time. This app could be so much better. I hate to say it, but I really miss MedBridge.

Needs improvement
My elderly mother has trouble with technology. It would be great to be able to print her exercise sheet from the app. The copy the PT gave us was misplaced. Also to have her in-person appointments listed in the app would be helpful.
App has serious issues
From logging in issues- (wonโt let me log in even after resetting password several times) to customer support- no tech support available to help. This app needs to be looked into.
Could not get it to work
The UI seems to have been developed with a phablet in mind; on my phone a combination of clipping, overlapping elements, and inability to scroll to move things into view makes it difficult-to-impossible to interact with the app in a basic way. Even in the office when I was getting set up with it, my PT was nonplussed with how the login screen rendered the password box behind the onscreen keyboard, which meant we needed to get creative about how to actually enter my password to get logged in for the first time.
In the cases where text isnโt unreadable because itโs been clipped off without reflowing, itโs unreadable to me because the font they chose is way too small. One would think that the designer of an app for people who are doing physical therapy would have interacted with the target user base enough to figure out what older people's eyes are like.
And then, to top it all off, the app isn't syncing properly, so it only shows me some default set of exercises that has nothing to do with what my PT prescribed to me.
So basically all this app accomplished was reducing the effective length of my visit by 10 or 15 minutes while we fussed with an app that doesn't actually have any medical value because it fundamentally doesn't work. I hope ATI feels like they're getting their money's worth with this, because I sure don't.

The worst
Literally the worst app Iโve ever used. I have no interest in letting some sketchy app take video of me. I tried to use it just as a checklist of doing my exercises but it doesnโt have that functionality at all. Thereโs no way to do an exercise and then mark it as done. You have to end and then say it was due to time or pain. Just baffling.
Even the basics of listing the exercises and showing videos of how to do them is bad. Bits of the interface cover up the information I need to see like how many reps or how long to hold a stretch.
This feels like some VP at ATI decided they needed an app just because and then it was outsourced to the lowest bidder. Total trash. Itโs so bad Iโm dropping ATI and will find a different physical therapy provider.

Needs Work
This app needs a lot of work.
Link our scheduled appointments to the exercise schedule. I didnโt miss a day, I was at therapy.
Notifications for scheduled days/times. Reminders for exercises if not completed that day by a certain time.
Why push this app if itโs clearly not finished. I was sent a text message with videos of my exercises and logged use there but itโs not connected to this?
Top dog at ATI, this is honestly laughable, go look at My Chart app and consider utilizing their software.

Not useful! Hinge and MedBridge are much better!
goes back to the beginning of the list when you select โbackโ from an exercise, rather than back to the exercise you were working on. only offers 2 options for ending - one is too painful and one is not enough time. โbackโ is not an option. Then once there if neither of those is true, you must quit out of the app and start over. within the exercise, it only shows a short clip of the exercise - there is no option for timer if it is a timed exercise. if it is a one sided exercise, the written instructions do not say to repeat on the other side. So should it only be done on one side? If so put which side in the written instructions. no option to use this app if you choose to not use the camera. no notification or alerts (even if alerts are all turned on) that new documents have been uploaded.
