Terrible Experience with Slash: Unjustified Ban and Poor Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Slash banking app and would rate them a dismal 1/5 stars. Despite only making a couple of transactions last year, I was unexpectedly banned today for supposed "concerning activity" that I cannot comprehend. What's even more frustrating is the lack of communication and assistance from their customer service team. My attempts to reach out were met with silence, and when I tried to contact them via Discord, I was inexplicably banned from that platform as well. Slash's handling of my situation has been both unprofessional and distressing, leaving me with a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction. I was already dissatisfied with the horrible user interface. I strongly caution others considering this app to be wary of their customer service and the potential for unjustified actions against users.

SO MANY REASONS TO USE SLASH
So many features already, and the discord keeps us up to date with new incoming features. (Not sure if allowed to say what’s coming since not yet launched officially) Now with Zelle integration too…LOVE IT! The app makes it SO easy to switch between the personal accounts to find info, easy to create and control multiple virtual cards, move $ between accounts, so many awesome things about the service/app/discord. Not to mention the amazing customer service you can get in the discord group...plus they seem to listen to feedback, address comments, and use it to deliver. Love it, Slash. Keep it up!

Slash is a top of the line VCC provider
I’ve been using Slash the last 4-5 months as I started my business and was in need of a VCC provider. Slash provides top of the line plans and offers so much even on the free plan. Not only do you get a large amount of cards with the free plan, I’ve never had issues checking out with any of my cards. In addition, the Slash support team provides top of the line support and I’ve never had issues depositing/withdrawing from my accounts. I highly recommend Slash to anyone starting their business and in need of VCCs. Also, their app is great and offers all things required from a security perspective!

They also offer a heftier subscription for $50/month and even a free subscription still tons of benefits. Their physical card works well and is compatible with Apple Wallet, making it super easy to use for your everyday purchases. Slash is my only provider for both business and personal banking and I’ve loved every minute of it!

Slash is a safe and reliant way to generate virtual cards in order to purchase, track, and grow your business’s account. I really enjoy the fact they offer both personal and business accounts unlike other virtual card providers. The application is very user friendly and allows you to transfer funds from a bank account, debit card, or virtual payment application such as venmo or cash app. Slash has allowed me to generate 50 online cards which is ideally the backbone to my payment methods, and direct correlation to my business’s growth and success. Victor from slash is always available and helpful in providing adequate feedback and direction for new users who are getting used to slash’s online banking application.

Slash On Top!
In addition to its capacity to offer vcc and money on sites, which is wonderful, I have been utilizing Slash for my business for a while now. I find the cashback function to be really beneficial as someone who is just getting started in the realm of entrepreneurship. This gives me a fantastic reason to use Slash for all of my business dealings because it enables me to save money that I can put back into my company. Also, the UI is simple to use and straightforward, which makes it simple for me to explore and utilize all the functions. The customer service staff is also extremely attentive and always prepared to assist with any problems I may face. Slash provides a number of easy-to-use options, including wire transfers, direct deposits, and internal bank account transfers from Slash business to Slash personal. The app's other features operate without a hitch, and I like how it is designed. Slash is an excellent choice for anyone beginning a small business or searching for a practical and affordable approach to handle their company money, in my opinion. Even without the cashback program and virtual credit card, Slash is a fantastic tool that offers a variety of functions to aid small business owners in succeeding.

Great app for anything but very difficult to transfer money.
I recently got slash so that I could resell shoes and use multiple vcc’s. It is such a great app with many advantages and great support! But one flaw is how difficult it is to transfer money. You can’t take money out of the account on cash app or venmo. Only on Apple Pay and when you do you can’t instant transfer so you always have to wait a couple days for it. But overall great app would recommend!

I have personally been using slash for over 2 years, I met the owner Victor at a sneaker event back in 2021 and we had a quick convo about what he wanted slash to be. For a better lack of terms Slash is the next gen of banking, the ease of access when signing up, simple deposit procedures, and amazing cash back. Worth It
I’ve used Slash for quite awhile now and I’ve been really impressed with them. They respond quickly to any questions I have. There are multiple ways to fund you accounts (which you get TWO of btw). They have an A+ VCC (Virtual Credit Card) feature which is extremely helpful for entrepreneurs or even just security minded users. You have complete control over your cards and can lock them to a specific merchant or even pause them for added security. They also have a really nice cash back feature you can take advantage of. Oh! And the best part is they have an app so you can easily access your accounts on your phone instead of being chained to your laptop.
