USELESS APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

REGISTERED. AFTER A MONTH NOW CANNOT ACCESS. TRIED UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING. TRI D REGISTERING. IT SAYS IM REGISTERED. CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL TAKES WEEKS TO RESPOND. NOW CANNOT DO ONLINE PAYMENTS TO MY BILLS. PROMOTING AND FORCING A USELSS APP IS NOT GOOD FOR CUSTOMERS. WE REQUIRED CONSTANT SERVICE AND USEABLE SERVICES

easy to use

user friendly easy to track your purchases and easy to convert into installment, the main concern is this app has no lock/unclock card features unlike other online banks

Trieed using for the first time. Asked me to register. Tried inputing my cc details and it keeps giving me registration error. "System Unavailable"???

Balance and Payment concerns

You can’t view your credit balance during the wee hours (12am-6am).

Charges aren’t reflected in real time in the transactions portion.

Takes a day for credit card payments to reflect (longer for payments made from other banks to eastwest credit cards)

App is unable to display a linked account and basically has given up fixing the issue. Defeats the purpose of online banking.
